For 70 years, the manufacturing experts at OGI have supplied Quality parts made to Customer specifications. Utilizing the latest CNC and manufacturing techniques combined with New England craftsmanship, we deliver Customer satisfaction. Many of our Customers have been with OGI since our founding in 1947. They rely upon us to deliver Quality Workmanship over and over, without having to go anywhere else.
We understand the principles of ISO9000 and 1400 and deliver precision components that meet Customer’s needs. We find that the way in which we work is what produces Quality components. That means attention to detail, checking and re-checking our work to deliver the precision that our Customers expect. Since we are CRAFTSMEN, we understand the tools that we use to create the parts for our Customers, how they work, and why a particular process is better than others. Focusing on small volumes, we take the time that it takes to make sure that the parts are right. “Modern techniques grounded in traditional principles.”
Some of our competitors rely upon too much technology to produce their work. We believe that complete reliance upon technology is short cited. We find that the tried and proven practices of complete understanding and involvement with the machining process produce the best results. For example, we triangulated three different processes to determine that parts that we had machined were indeed correct when an outside measurement had concluded that we had made the parts incorrectly. We prevailed in the analysis by having a full understanding of what we do day in and day out and were able to convince others of our position.
We not only produce parts for our Customers, we improve their processes too. Working with them, we have on many occasions suggested and implemented ways to improve their drawings and Quality procedures.
